Florida Legislators are considering State House and Senate Civil Rights Bills that Protect Florida Residents from Discrimination based on their Vaccine or Immunity Status.
The protection would extend to people concerning all vaccines, not just the increasingly controversial COVID shots. Senate Bill 222, sponsored by state Sen. Joe Gruters (R-Fla.), and House Bill 305, sponsored by state Rep. Webster Barnaby (R-Fla.), are identical. This simplifies the likelihood of becoming law if both are approved, Mo van Hoek of Health Freedom Florida, the group pushing adoption of the legislation, told The Epoch Times.
Van Hoek said the legislation would also protect Floridians’ vaccine or immunity status from being shared with the federal government’s tracking database. The state created a database to that effect in 2019, before the pandemic, and later had to share it with the federal government to receive its allotment of COVID vaccines, she said.
“This isn’t a good bill, it’s a great bill,” van Hoek said.

This is why this Bill will make history:
During the 2022 legislative session, Governor DeSantis called a special session to address Floridians' concerns with a 30-year-old Florida Statute that gave the State Health Advisor the authority to FORIBILY Test, Treat, Vaccinate, Isolate, or Quarantine if you were "presumably" ill. Through that special session was born Senate Bill 2006 which removed some language, banned vaccine passports, and removed the authority to Forcibly Vaccinate Floridians. This was a huge win for Medical Freedom, even if they couldn't get all of the language that they wanted. That Bill is now scheduled to sunset (expire) on March 30, 2023, and in Florida our freedoms would once again be infringed upon.
Here’s what this Bill will do:
• It will add “vaccination and immunity status” as a protected class.
• Employers cannot discriminate based on your medical status.
• It will cement into law vaccine passport bans which will protect against a social credit system.
• Protects your data across State Lines or being handed over to the government.
Right now, Florida Legislation gives the authority to the Florida Dept. of Health to collect and track all medical data and it mandates that all healthcare providers comply with this directive. SB 222 would help eliminate this.
In Florida your voice needs to be heard! Citixens have been coerced and made to feel like second-class citizens, we must tell our stories.
It's unconstitutional for a government entity or a corporation to require a person to participate in known risky medical services in exchange for access to employment or to participate in society.
